Terms & House Notes

These terms apply to enquiries and stays at Vayu Vista, Vilpatty, Kodaikanal. By sending an enquiry or booking with us, you agree to the following.

Enquiries & booking

Submitting the enquiry form is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your stay is confirmed only once we reply and agree on dates. No payment is taken through this website; payment terms are shared directly when your booking is confirmed.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Earlier check-in or later check-out can sometimes be arranged on request, subject to availability.

The home

• Vayu Vista is booked as an entire private villa for your group.
• The pantry is equipped for heating food and brewing tea or coffee; full cooking is not available.
• It is a non-smoking home; please step out to the balcony or terrace.
• We ask guests to bring their own toiletries and bath towels, and to enjoy the home respectfully.

Guests & conduct

Please respect the maximum guest count agreed for your stay, the quiet of the neighbourhood, and the home and its surroundings. Any damage beyond normal use may be charged.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms depend on how you book. For direct bookings, terms are confirmed in writing at the time of booking; for Airbnb bookings, Airbnb's cancellation policy applies.

Liability

Guests stay at their own risk. Vayu Vista is not liable for loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings during a stay, except where required by law.
